Mission Health has a new feature in our patient contact center – the Care Access Center. This new, customer-friendly process will help in maintaining excellent patient care and providing an exceptional experience. No more voice recording or press 1, press 2 options – they are in the past. Patients will immediately speak with a live representative who will listen to their needs. Representatives will schedule an appointment on behalf of the patient.
And the Care Access Center is not just for scheduling. Anyone can call for anything such as establishing a new provider, medication refills, concerns they are having, messages being returned back to their physician’s office and referrals.
The Care Access Center schedules for more than 30 primary and secondary offices right now, but will be growing in the future.
