A Madison County grand jury has indicted a man on a murder charge stemming from a September wreck that killed a woman. 41 year old Jackie Brook Lunsford of Marshall has been charged in the death of 30 year old Martha Michelle Collins. Troopers estimated that the Ford Mustang, driven by Lunsford, was traveling more than 120 mph when it slammed into the Collins vehicle. The wreck occurred on NC 213 in Madison County around 10pm on September 13th 2012.
