Details: Beulah Butler Gardner of Highway 226, Bakersville,North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, November 6th at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a Native of Mitchell County, North Carolina and a daughter of the late William Brown and Ethel Clark Butler. She attended Woodby Hill Baptist Churchand was employed as a CNA Caps Worker with Mitchell County.
Survivors include her husband; Fred Gardner, of the home, four sisters; Betty Hopson, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Bonnie Gouge, of Unicoi, Tennessee, Beverly Woodby and husband Ken, of Unicoi, Tennessee, and Joy McKinney, of Bakersville, North Carolina, also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Cross and a brother, Michael Butler.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 7:00PM in the chapel of Henline – Hughes Funeral Home with GB Garland and Lester Perkins officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will be Sunday, November 10, 2013 at 1:00PM at Beans Creek Cemetery.
