Applicants may apply ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 1 and do not need to apply in person. Applicants may call Yancey DSS at (828) 682-6148 to apply or complete a paper application that will be available in a designated area outside of Yancey DSS under the carport. Completed applications can be returned in the agency drop box in the parking lot.
