A Madison County woman is charged with murder after the death of her 6-month-old daughter.  25-year-old Brandi Rae Cochran was arrested Sunday morning. Investigators say she called 911 Wednesday evening to report her daughter, Kali, was having trouble breathing. Kali was flown to Johnson City Medical Center, then later transported to another hospital in Knoxville, where she died Friday night. Officials believe she suffered traumatic brain injuries sometime Tuesday night at Cochran's home. Cochran is being held without bond.
