Two members of the Mars Hill Lions football team have been charged with rape.
Quazman Harris and Jonathan Charles stand accused of sexual battery and assault on a female after a dorm room party in Myers Hall Saturday night. The incident is under investigation by Mars Hill police. College officials say they can't talk specifically about the students involved in the alleged sexual assault, but they do say the matter is under full investigation. Harris is out on bond while Charles was still in the Madison County jail at last check.
