Details: A native of Yancey County, he was a son of the late McClain and Ruby Elkins Biggs and the husband of Jane Burleson Biggs who died in 2009.
     Surviving are a daughter:  Sharon Biggs Allison and husband, Shannon; grandson:  Levi Allison; granddaughters:  Alexis, Heidi, Kelly and Collin and a foster son:  Danny Thomason all of Burnsville.
     A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Thursday in the Ledford~Adkins Cemetery on Haney Creek Road in Pensacola.
