NC Cooperative Extension “Pickling & Fermenting Classes” Scheduled for June 19 & 21 at Mitchell and Yancey County Extension Centers. The demonstration sessions will provide an overview on the basics of pickling and fermenting research-based best practices. Sessions will be held at 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.; and 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. for your convenience. Pre-registration
