Details: Randal Letterman of Green Mountain went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 20th at St. Josephs Hospital.  A native of Yancey County, he was a son of the late Charles and Sarah Miller Letterman.  He worked at Big Drift Ridge, Inc. as a manager and attended Victory Baptist Church.  Randal was a working man who was a people person, loved riding horses but most of all he loved his family.
     Surviving is his loving wife of 15 years, Vanessa Jones Letterman; daughter, Crystal; step-daughter, Jourdan; special nephew, Devon; sisters: Glenda Letterman and Kathy Honeycutt and husband, Paul; aunt, Belle Edwards all of Green Mountain.  Several other nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends also survive.
     Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 23rd at Victory Baptist Church.  Rev. Scot Garland, Rev. Rick Honeycutt and Rev. Trent Honeycutt and speaker Dr. Charles Edwards will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the Church.  Family and Friends will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday at Victory Baptist Church to go in procession to graveside services which will be held at 1 p.m. in the Fairview Cemetery on Horton Hill.
