On this Thanksgiving Day it’s a good time to say thank you. This special thanks goes out to the army of churches, civic groups and individuals who have been working to prepare meals and gather blankets, coats and gloves to be distributed today all around Western North Carolina. Thousands of meals will be delivered and served today from this group of volunteers. Many of these meals for some people will be their biggest and best meal of the year and a meal they would not have had without the work from these volunteers.  To all of those working hard today to make someone else’s Thanksgiving special. Thank You, for showing the true spirit of Thanksgiving.
