Want to help women in your community get well and stay well? The American Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to help educate local women about breast, cervical and colorectal cancer and to make sure these women have access to lifesaving screenings. Volunteers will be trained on the basics of cancer and will have information on community resources to help women get screened for the disease. You can help save lives. To learn how, call Kathlene Stith with the American Cancer Society at 828-675-0305.
