A public meeting is scheduled for this evening at 6:30pm to receive input about closing the Asheville Mail Processing Facility. The meeting will be held in the Ferguson Auditorium on the campus of AB Tech in Asheville. The Postal service is working on massive cuts all around the country. Many fear that closing the Asheville Facility would slow mail delivery across Western North Carolina.
