Details: A native of Hartford, CT, he was a son of the late David and Dorothy Johnson Seltzer. He was also preceded in death by his sister Shelby.  David was an entrepreneur and was noted for his humor and his advice.
     He is survived by his wife Ila Seltzer; a daughter: Heather Judge of Asheville; a Step-daughter: Molly Kamper of Austin, Tx; sisters: Cynthia Gorry and family of Lexington,Ma; Solveig Gruber and family of Romney, WV;  Dika Seltzer and family of Baltimore, Md, and a brother: Clifford Seltzer and family of Charlottesville, Va.
     A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Monday in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home.  A celebration of life will follow at the Burnsville Town Center. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to the Seltzer memorial Trust, c/o Heather Judge.
