To participate in the Downtown Spruce Pine Window Decorating Contest businesses in Downtown Spruce Pine should decorate their store front windows for Christmas by December 9th. Judging will be by customers and visitors to downtown Spruce Pine who can vote for their favorite store front window decoration. Winners will be announced at 7 pm on Saturday, December 15 in the Spruce Pine Central Park, at the "Music in the Park Social".
