A special meeting of the Burnsville Town Council is planned for Monday November 19th at 3:00pm in the upstairs boardroom at the Town Hall.  The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application to participate in a joint project with the School of Government, The  Rural Center, and Construction Professionals Network Institute (CPNI).  The project is designed to evaluate and revitalize commercial/industrial buildings in small towns that have participated in the NC STEP program.
