Details:  Maliyah Nina Hammonds, infant daughter of Levon and Kristin Putnam Hammonds, went home to be with the Angels, on Sunday, November 18th, 2012 in Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte.
     Surviving in addition to her parents are grandparents: Robert and Kim Putman and Eddie Hammonds and Cindy Ferguson; great-grandparents: William and Marlece Theilen and Allen and Kathy Putnam. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
