Advance Auto Parts in Burnsville was broken into and an undisclosed amount of cash from the business was taken, according to Burnsville Police Chief Brian Buchanan. Thieves broke into the business during the late evening hours Monday or early Tuesday morning, according to Chief Buchanan who said that an employee opening the business on Tuesday morning found that the store had been broken into and then notified the Police Department.  The intruders gained entry through the back of the business.  Investigators are not releasing any further details at this time due to the ongoing investigation.  This makes the second time burglars have broken into the business located on the Bypass in Burnsville.
