A meeting for local farmer's who want to provide produce for the new TRACTOR facility will be held Thursday January 31st at 6:00pm at the Bakersville Historic Courthouse located at 11 North Mitchell Avenue in Bakersville. This meeting is the same meeting as was held in Yancey County on January 15th and is a rescheduling of a meeting in the same location that had to be cancelled due to bad weather. If you did not make the January 15th meeting in Yancey county, a van will leave the Extension office at 5:00pm for anyone that would like to attend the meeting in Bakersville.
