The Cattail-Pensacola Neighborhood Watch organization will hold a meeting with the Yancey County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 4, at 7 p.m. at the Pensacola Fire Station. Sheriff’s deputies will present information on the new Meth 360 program, which is aimed at helping concerned citizens identify problems before methamphetamine  spreads in to their communities.
