Cane River Middle School will host a “Gearing Up for Math Night” on Tuesday, March 5 from 5:45-7:30. All parents are invited to attend several student-led math activities, including one on the new GEAR UP program and preparing for college. Snacks and drinks will be provided!

East Yancey Middle School will host a seventh-grade “GEAR UP Parent Night” on Thursday, March 7 from 5:30-6:30. Parents of seventh graders are invited to come learn about the GEAR UP program, hear information about preparing students for college, and receive financial planning resources from a representative from the College Foundation of North Carolina. Snacks and drinks will be provided!
