It is time for the annual Mitchell County Kindergarten registration  This year both Gouge Elementary School and Greenlee Primary School will be opening their doors for parents and upcoming Kindergartners.  Please drop by either school to register your child to begin the rewarding process of participating in the educational system of Mitchell County Schools.  In order to register your young person for Kindergartent, the child must reach his or her 5th birthday on or before August 31st or the year of planned enrollment.  Any young person born on or after September 1st will have to wait for the next calendar school year.  When registering your child, please bring the following materials: child's social security number, birth certificate, and immunization record.

Gouge Elementary Schoool Kindergarten Registration will be Thursday April 18th beginning at 9:00am.  Refreshments will be provided and parents/guardians will be able to tour the kindergarten classrooms, meet the administration and staff, and learn about the school.

Greenlee Primary School will have their registration on Friday April 19th from 9:00am-11:00am in the morning with another afternoon registration from 12:00pm-1:30pm.
