Details: Troy Harding of Lenoir, formerly of Madison County, passed away on Friday, March 15th at his residence. He was a son of the late Carmon and Mabel Fender Harding. Troy retired from the furniture industry, loved his family and going to the flea marker. He was also preceded in death by a stepdaughter: Maria Sandridge.
Surviving are his wife: Mary Alice Harding; daughter: Kathy Humphrey; son: John Harding; brother: Dallas Harding; sisters: Arlene Crofford, Rosalee Bogart and Donna May Briggs; stepdaughters: Carmen Calloway and Jana Nelson; stepson: Charles Sandridge; and, 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM Sunday in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service in Lenoir. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
