A water main break Sunday created a boil water notice for water customers in Burnsville who were affected by the water outage. It occurred on Cherry Lane and caused a water outage for Consumers from Cherry Lane to Cane River Bridge. Randall Wilson from the Town of Burnsville Water Department announced yesterday afternoon that based on the laboratory analysis of water samples collected from the Town of Burnsville, water users are hereby notified that it is no longer necessary to boil water used for human consumption.
