Rising Mitchell senior Kyler Hoilman has earned a slot as a member of NCUSA's Junior National Dual Team. The team will compete in the Junior National Duals this week in Oklahoma City.
Hoilman, a 2014 Conference Champion and Regional runner-up, earned the slot on the team by winning the Tar Heel State Classic in March. He is one of sixteen wrestlers from North Carolina who will compete in this National Championship event.
Team NC will compete in Greco-Roman and Freestyle competitions.
Hoilman finished 3rd in last year's state championships, and is expected to be a one of the top ranked returning wrestlers for 2015. He will lead a Mountaineer team that returns seven state qualifiers.
