Details: Carl J. Randolph of Fort Mill, SC, passed away on Sunday, July 20th at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC.
     A former resident of Burnsville, he was a son of the late J. Carter and Ruby Brookman Randolph.  He was a US Navy Korean War Veteran, a former employee of Thurston Motor Lines and retired from Averitt Motor Line, who honored him as the “Best of The Best in Driving.”  Carl was faithful to God and his church, The Sisk Memorial Church of Fort Mill for 34 years.  He was a Charter Member of Burnsville Lodge #717 AF & AM and a member of Hejaz Shrine Temple.
          Surviving are his wife of 60 years, June Randolph of Fort Mill; sisters-in-law:  Nina McCurry and husband, Wayne, of Fort Mill, Daphne Wilson of Rock Hill and Janette Roper of Burnsville; and, several nieces and nephews.
          Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home.  Pastor Tom Tucker and Pastor Carl Williams will officiate.  Burial will be in the McIntosh-Randolph Cemetery on Little Creek.
          The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
