Officers with the Spruce Pine Police Department have arrested Jacob Isaiah Dale, of 709 Sullins Branch Road, Spruce Pine, and charged him with four felony counts of sex offenses involving a child and with one count if statutory rape of a child by an adult, and three counts of statutory sex offense with a child by an adult. The arrest was made last Tuesday, June 4. Bond for Dale has been set at $500,000. He is scheduled to appear in court June 26.
