It includes:

- An interactive data story about social determinants of health in WNC
- Interactive data stories & short videos highlighting key health issues in western NC, including asthma, chronic lung disease, diabetes, heart disease & stroke, obesity, oral health, mental health, preterm birth, substance misuse, and unintentional falls
- A map of the region with each county’s health priorities and links to local community health reports & contacts
- Access to the full 2018 WNC Dataset (in Excel Workbook format)
