Mitchell High School students enrolled in CTE’s Food and Nutrition II course recently completed the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification certification process. This is a Food Service industry recognized certification focusing on Food Safety and Sanitation. These 10 students worked extremely hard to obtain this certification that will last for 5 yrs. Student’s were instructed by CTE teacher Stephanie McClellan.
