Beverly June Anglin Mitchell

Beverly June Anglin Mitchell of Burnsville, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 3, 2020.

A native of Burnsville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Barbara June (Ayers) Anglin and the late John Robert “Bob” Anglin.  Beverly was the wife of the late James William Mitchell and she is survived by step-son, James William Mitchell, Jr and his wife, Janet of Madison, AL, and their son, Hubert Mitchell; sisters, Debbie Anglin of Burnsville, and Kathy Pittman and her husband Ronnie of Candler; brother, Willie “Ronnie” Anglin and his wife Joyce of Burnsville; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.  Additionally, she is preceded in death by a brother, Steve Anglin.

Beverly will be remembered for the faithful love she had for her late husband, Jimmy and all her family members as well.  Beverly loved the Lord Jesus and remained faith filled to the end.  She was a joyful friend to all who met her, and Beverly will be missed tremendously by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 12 at Yancey Funeral Home.  Pastor Ronnie Anglin and Reverend John Anglin will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
