William Thomas Verran, age 64, of Burnsville, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, N.C.
He was born in Washington County, TN and was a resident of Florida. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Miller and two brothers: Landy and Donnie Verran.
William was a member of Bolens Creek Baptist Church and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He was a proud Christian, and a friend to everyone.
Surviving is his loving wife of 22 years, Debra Verran; daughter Angelia Verran Garris and husband, Eric, of Asheville; father, William Franklin Verran and wife, Marlean Price Verran, of Burnsville; granddaughter, Sophia Lynn Madrid of Asheville; brothers: Bryan Verran, Aarron Verran and wife, Susan, and Adam Verran and wife, Victoria, all of Florida, several nieces and nephews and cousins survive.
A private memorial service will be held at later date.
