Randall Reece Hall

Randall Reece Hall, age 61, of Burnsville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 25th, 2020 at his home after an extended illness.  A native of Greensboro, he was a son of the late John Lewis and Laske Hughes Hall.  He was also preceded in death by brothers: Douglas, Dave and Johnny Hall and sisters: Reba Didinato and Diane Taylor.  Randall was of the Baptist Faith and attended Holly Springs Baptist Church in Rutherfordton.  He loved the Lord and hearing good preaching.  He drove an ambulance for Mitchell County EMS, worked at OMC, and for the last 25 years at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. Randall enjoyed fishing, golfing and riding roller coasters at Dollywood with his friends.

Surviving is his loving wife of 19 years, Elaine Shuford Hall; brothers: Jim Hall, Don Hall and wife, Celia, Jerry Hall and Mike Hall all of Greensboro; sisters:  Kim Kopp and husband, Tim, of Walkertown and Sheila Hipp and husband, John, of Mt. Gilead; two special aunts: Lucille Allen and Marcelle Henson and husband, Buster, all of Spruce Pine; brothers-in-law and Doyle Shuford and wife, Kathy, of Marion and Andrew Shuford and wife, Summer, of Burnsville.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 28th in the Chapel of Yancey Funeral Services.  Pastor Scott Moneyham will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
