The Mitchell County Economic Development Commission has announced that Krantz Industries, of St. James, New York, has purchased the Mitchell County Industrial Site. The 14.71 acre site is located at 291 Cisco Drive in Spruce Pine. Krantz Industries in partnership with PRC Industries of Spruce Pine is planning industrial expansion initiatives on their newly acquired site in the near future.
