Due to the current pandemic and in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Burnsville-Yancey Chamber of Commerce will not be sponsoring Trick or Treating in Downtown. The Town of Burnsville will not be closing downtown areas streets. Local businesses and merchants may choose to participate in the holiday as they see fit.
