Forty-three year old Robin Daniels Eudy of Bakersville has been arrested and charged with death of her boyfriend, Joshua Brandon Pritchard. On Thursday, January 14, 2021, shortly after 8 p.m., deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home on Wildrose Drive in Marion where they found the lifeless body of 37 year old Joshua Brandon Pritchard. Pritchard’s body was inside a Hyundai sedan.. An investigation revealed that the pair got into a dispute while inside the vehicle. At that time Eudy shot Pitman three times with a handgun.
