Lynn Deyton, age 72, of Asheville, entered into her eternal rest on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021. She was a graduate of Western Carolina University where she also obtained a Master’s Degree. She was Financial Aid Director at Mayland Community College before moving to A.B. Tech where she continued her career until retirement.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, R.B. Deyton and Vaughtie Mae Gardner Deyton; one brother, Robert Edward Deyton and one nephew, Robert Keith Deyton.
Surviving are three sisters: Stella McKinney of Green Mountain, Peggy Harten of Waukee, Iowa and Marie Styles (Steve) of Burnsville and one brother, Gary Deyton (Vicki) of Shelby, NC. Four nephews and four nieces also survive.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
