The Yancey County COVID 19 Helpline (828-675-6197) is staffed during business hours 8:30 am to 5 pm, M-F. There is no option to leave a voicemail as they do not have the staffing to return the number of calls they would very likely receive. The answering machine will direct them to the Rave mobile Safety – Smart 911 link on the county website.
At this time there are no vaccination clinics scheduled in Yancey County. Residents of Yancey County will be notified when future clinics are scheduled. If you would like to be on the call list, please go yanceycountync.gov and register at the link for Rave Mobile Safety – Smart 911.
