Charles Ray Chrisawn, age 74 of Burnsville, passed away Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
A native of Yancey County, he was the son of the late Charlie and Maude Hughes Chrisawn.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Anita Chrisawn, in 2020; and grandson, Aaron Briggs.
Surviving is his sons, Tommy Ray Chrisawn (Tammie) and Michael Charles Chrisawn; daughter, Anita Briggs Buchanan (Steve); five grandchildren: Alicia Briggs, Amber Nunes, Caitlyn and Darin Chrisawn, and Harley Bennett; two great-grandchildren: Matthew and Braxton Nunes.
Arrangements are still incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
