Kurl Robinson, age 75, of the Blue Rock Community, went to a better place on Sunday, July 18th, 2021. He was the oldest son of 10 children to the late George and Callie Robinson. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Valerie. Kurl worked at Drexel Furniture and their associates for over 35 years. He was a member and volunteer of My Neighbors for the past few years and loved working in his woodshop.
Surviving is his loving wife of 57 years, Pat Thomas Robinson; daughter, Christi Lee and husband, Vic, of Charlotte; grandson, Mitchell Lee; siblings: Wanda of Marion, Gordia of South Toe, Leta also of South Toe, Danny of Marion, Larry of Morganton, Joe of Asheville, Ann of Newland and Deana of Marion and a sister-in-law, Nancey Huskins of Blue Rock. Many nieces and nephews were all loved, but too many to name.
Per Kurl’s wishes, private family services will be held at a later date.
