Scarlett Yvonne Gallitz, age 3 months, entered into heaven on Monday, August 16th, 2021 at Memorial Mission Hospital. A native of Yancey County, she was the baby daughter of Spencer Gallitz and Nicole McIntosh Hensley. She was also preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Yvonne McIntosh.
Left to cherish her memories in addition to her mom and dad, is her brother, Jackson; sister, Lacie; maternal grandparents, Russell and Heather McIntosh of Burnsville; paternal grandmother, Patty Rivers of Bakersville; paternal great-grandparents, TJ and Sandra Ballard of Bakersville; aunt, Lexie; uncles: Noah and Christian.
