Channing Lamar Justice, age 47, of Burnsville, finished his race here on earth on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 and has gone on to receive his reward in heaven.
A native of Gastonia, NC, he was the son of the late Patricia Ann Justice. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Justice and aunt, Truley Williams.
Channing was a member of North Bend Freewill Baptist Church.
He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loved being with God’s people and had a servant’s heart towards everyone that he met.
He enjoyed singing and playing his guitar. He cared deeply for people and loved caring for his mother and aunt. The love he had for his wife, Tammy, and son, Justin, was immeasurable.
Surviving is his loving wife, Tammy Whitson Justice and a son, Justin. Several extended family members and friends also survive.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 5th at North Bend Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Hughes officiating.
