Danny Autrey, age 59, of Oakland Avenue in Spruce Pine, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his home.
Born on January 29, 1962 in Mitchell County, he was the son of the late Joe Autrey and Jean Hoyle Autrey who still survives.
Danny enjoyed working on cars. He also enjoyed playing basketball and was an Atlanta Braves baseball fan. He was particularly fond of his grandchildren and spending time with them.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother; Jean Hoyle Autrey of Spruce Pine his daughters; Ashley and Kristen Autrey both of Spruce Pine; his brother; Donnie Autrey of Spruce Pine; his sister; Linda Crowder of Spruce Pine; and there are six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Tolley Cemetery in Spruce Pine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donation be made to; Webb Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
