A Marion police officer was involved in a traffic accident on Monday morning, January 31st. Officer Breanna Toney was operating a 2021 Dodge Charger patrol vehicle when she collided with another vehicle. Officer Toney was airlifted to Johnson City Medical Center where she is listed in stable condition. The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
