Bonnie White Brock, age 75, of Mine Fork, formerly of Pell City, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 15th, 2022 at her home. A native of Roxboro, NC, she was a daughter of the late Garland and Thelma Stephens White. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Brock, who passed away in 2015.
Bonnie was a hairdresser most of her life. She was also a very talented self-taught artist who loved painting.
Surviving are her sons: Byron Bowes (Melissa) of Mine Fork and Jason Bowes (Kelly) of Cropell, AL; step-daughters: Lynn Moore (Les) of Huntsville, AL and Janet Daniel (Bobby) of Pell City, AL; grandchildren: Tommy Hall, Jarett Bowes, Hayden Beardslee, Chandler Beardslee, Nick Moore, Matt Moore, P. J. Daniel and Amanda Daniel. Several great-grandchildren and other extended family also survive.
A service to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be held at 4 p. m. on Tuesday, April 19th in the Chapel of Yancey Funeral Services. Pastor Cliff Franks will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. An additional visitation will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. at Usrey Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 21st, in St. Clair Memorial Gardens in Pell City, AL.
