Tamara Marie Price, age 57, of Marion, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at her home.
A native of Yancey County, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Hettie Higgins Price. Tamara was a giving, wonderful person who had a heart of gold. She loved animals of all kind and going to the beach.
She is survived by several loving cousins; special friend, Mary McCurry and her dog “Mossy” and her cat “Pretty Boy”
Funeral Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, July 2nd in the chapel of Yancey Funeral Services.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 noon prior to the service.
Private burial will be in the Honeycutt-Price Cemetery on Georges Fork Road.
