Margaret Mae Armstrong Moore, age 83, of Burnsville passed away on Monday, December 5th, 2022 at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. A native of Chatham, Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Gladys Radford Armstrong. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Frederick Moore, who passed away in February 2022.
Margaret enjoyed crafting and reading, and the hummingbirds and wildlife surrounding her in the mountains that she loved. She was a sweet lady who loved her family dearly.
Surviving is her son, Fred Moore (Pam) of Mars Hill; daughter, Michelle Wilson (Dwight) of Live Oak, FL; grandson, Steve Wilson of Center Point, Texas; brother, David Armstrong (Anne) of Zephyrhills, FL; and a brother-in-law, Lawrence Moore (Kathy) of Lutz, FL. She is also survived by one niece, cousins and many friends.
