I would like to give a big thank you to Jamie McMahon on talking about the future of Yancey County (published here on WKYK).
But sadly, I must admit that I do not believe there is enough funding going towards the housing crisis (which is becoming a bigger problem with each day passing).
I can see plainly with my 2 own eyes :
(1) Land not being used.
(2) Empty buildings that could be used for housing.
(3) Buildings that should be knocked down due to being a safety hazard.
