The Area Agency on Aging and Appalachian State University are hosting a free event to promote upcoming fall prevention exercise classes soon to be offered in Yancey County! We will have a Tai Chi demonstration, a presentation on fraud by the Sheriff’s office, and several other local resources. We will also be providing coffee and pastries!
