Mitchell Sheriff’s Report 2/12 – 2/19/23

Arrest:

Charles Lee Hoilman, 51 of Bakersville, NC. Lieutenant A. Beam arrested Hoilman for felony possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.

Frank D. Stewart Jr., 55 of Bakersville, NC. Lieutenant A. Beam arrested Frank for felony possession of Methamphetamine, possess with intent to manufacture/sell/ deliver a controlled substance, felony probation violations and misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia. He was issued $40,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.

Tammy Kay Cox, 52 of Roan Mountain, TN. Detective J. Masters arrested Cox for felony possession Methamphetamine, felony possession Cocaine, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, two counts of felony possess with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possess SCH II controlled substance, possess marijuana and possess drug paraphernalia. She was issued $100,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.

Citations issued:

Max Alexander Vincenz, 20 of Burnsville, NC. Deputy L. Tipton cited Vincenz for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 4/12/2023

Rosemary Lynn Hartley, 28 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy A. Duncan cited Hartley for operating a motor vehicle, while the defendant’s driver’s license was revoked. She is scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.

Randall Edward McNinch, 52 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy A. Duncan cited McNinch for operating a motor vehicle, while displaying an expired registration number plate, knowing the same to be expired. He is scheduled to appear in court on 4/12/2023.
