Arrest:
Michael Edward Buchanan, 56 of Bakersville, NC. Detective J. Masters arrested Buchanan for felony probation violations, felony possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued $25,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on3/8/2023.
Samuel Hoilman, 35 of Bakersville, NC. Mitchell County Deputies arrested Hoilman for failure to pay child support. He was issued $200.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/22/2023.
Timothy William Hyder Jr., 30 of Bakersville, NC. Deputy A. Renfro arrested Hyder for misdemeanor probation violations. He was issued $5,000.00 bond and scheduled to appear in court on 3/8/2023.
Kennedy Leighton Pittman, 22 of Spruce Pine, NC. Deputy W. Hobson arrested Pittman for contempt of court. She was issued a no bond and placed in a secure hold for up to 30 days.
