after getting a second notice of what the county says i owe in taxes, I have been playing around on the yanceycountync.gov website this week looking for other unpaid taxes that are due. Some of them go back as far as 2014 resulting in $1000’s of outstanding taxes that probably will never ever be paid. Just look around and type in some business names and you too can see who owes taxes and come to your own conclusions about why these are not being enforced collections?
Could it be because of who they are is the reason they are not being enforced?
